NC-52: originally installed in 1967.

Operated flour mill one-fourth mile south. Was a Captain in the French and Indian War. In the American Revolution, he was a member of Boston Relief Committee, colonel of Delaware battalion of famous “Flying Camp,” Brigadier General of Delaware militia and first treasurer of Delaware State.
