Executive Orders issued by Richard C. McMullen during his term as Governor of Delaware from January 19, 1937 – January 21, 1941. Governor McMullen was the first Delaware Governor to issue an executive order.
The encampment of the Delaware National Guard, Bethany Beach, Delaware, July 9th, 1939, inclusive, will be designated “Camp Weller E. Stover” in honor of Brigadier General Weller E. Stover, the Adjutant General of Delaware, upon his completion of thirty-five years continuous service as an officer of the Delaware National Guard.
A special medal for long and faithful service is awarded to Brigadier-General Weller Stover, The Adjutant-General of Delaware, upon his completion of thirty-five years continuous service as an officer of the Delaware National Guard.
