Celebrate Constitution Week with the Daughters of the American Revolution, as they ring the U.S.S. Delaware Bell at 4 p.m. for one minute, for Bells Across America. This symbolizes the first signing of the Constitution at 4 p.m. on September 17, 1787. We hope to see you there.
