After Hours in the Research Room

Celebrate American Archives Month with an evening of research at the Delaware Public Archives!

The Mabel Lloyd Ridgely Research Room will remain open on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. for a limited number of after-hours research appointments. Appointments are required, and researchers are encouraged to include specific record references when registering so materials can be prepared in advance. Attendees may arrive any time after 4:00 p.m., but all appointments will end at 6:00 p.m., and records will not be pulled from the vault after 5:30 p.m. All visitors must check in at the Welcome Center and show confirmation of their appointment before entering after hours.
