RG 1300.000 EXECUTIVE PAPERS
The executive papers for the Civil War period are located in three boxes labeled “1859-1862”, “1863-1864”, and “1865-1866.” Each one contains correspondence, in and out of state; appointments and commissions, and military papers. Similar records may be found in the Adjutant General Files.
The box labeled “1859-1862” also contains records of Capt. William Marshall, Surgeon General.
The box labeled “1863-1864” also contains a muster roll for the 4th Del. Regt.
The box labeled “1865-1866” also contains papers regarding the 13th Amendment in Delaware.
