The Accessions Committee met on January 20, 2026, to review all proposed accessions received since the last quarterly meeting. All accepted donations have been pre-processed and assigned to archivists for further processing. In the meantime, here’s a sneak peek at the latest additions to our holdings.

New Collections Created:

Indian River School District, Georgetown High School, Yearbooks and Class Photographs (8100-022-001)

  • This collection has a 1961 Georgetown High School yearbook and a panoramic photograph of the Class of 1962 in Washington, DC.

Small Manuscript Collections, Willard Hall Junior High, Photographs (9200-W27-001)

  • This collection has two photographs of the 9A graduating class of Willard Hall Junior High from 1935. The class’s teacher was Miss Doughtery. A list of student names is included.
