Sussex County Markers

BALTIMORE HUNDRED SC 62


Prior to 1775 this hundred was claimed as part of Worchester County, Maryland, being named for Lord Baltimore. After boundary line between Maryland and Delaware was confimred, Baltimore Hundred became part of Susan County, Delaware.

LOCATION: Marker is inactive/removed. Dagsboro - Bethany Beach Road south side of highway, 2.6 miles from center of Dagsboro.
