To celebrate the Centennial of the 19th Amendment ratification, the Joshua M. Freeman Foundation will host a speaker panel at Delaware Technical Community College on Tuesday, March 3, at Del Tech’s Arts and Science Center theater. Hear speakers discuss the importance of the 19th Amendment’s ratification and its impact and aftermath over the past 100 years as well as how the 19th Amendment will continue to make change for women as well as what we can anticipate in the next 100 years for women and the USA. The panel will feature David Young, moderator, of the Delaware Historical Society; Erin Zoranski, a professor at Del Tech; Dr. Mryna Nurse, a professor at Delaware State University; Dick Carter, chair of the Delaware Heritage Commission and Dr. Reba Hollingsworth, vice-chair of the Delaware Heritage Commission.
